These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the c44game platform, including the website at c44game.net, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and any related services provided by c44game. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

By accessing c44game in any capacity — whether as a registered user, a visitor, or through any device or browser — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

c44game reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, c44game will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. However, the absence of such notification does not invalidate any amendment.

To be eligible to register and use c44game, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
• Be a natural person — corporate or business registrations are not accepted.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing c44game is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any c44game employee, contractor, or affiliate.

c44game reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

To access the full range of c44game services, you must create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts — including accounts registered with variations of your name, different email addresses, or different payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, c44game will close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and may withhold any balance pending a full review.

You are fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

All financial transactions on c44game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). c44game supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank transfers. Additional methods may be added or removed at c44game's discretion; the current list of available methods is always displayed in your account's cashier section.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account cashier.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your c44game account balance within seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect, depending on inter-bank processing times.
• c44game does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which c44game bears no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your c44game account may only be used for gaming activities on the platform. Deposits cannot be transferred to other users.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same account ("same-method rule"), subject to practical availability.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed successfully before any withdrawal request is processed. Required documents typically include a CNIC copy and a recent utility bill or bank statement.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your cashier. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• c44game targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to three (3) business days, though actual receipt times depend on the payment provider's own processing schedule.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

c44game offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and PSL / ICC cricket season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a bonus may only be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• c44game reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonus funds may have game restrictions. Certain games — typically live casino tables and some slots — may be excluded from qualifying wagering contributions. Each promotion will specify which games count toward clearing the wagering requirement.
• Where a user is found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation — c44game reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and suspend the account.
• c44game does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotion and may discontinue any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to affected users.

All sports betting, casino, slot, and e-sports gaming activities conducted on c44game are governed by the specific game or sport rules displayed within each respective section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.

• Cricket & Sports Betting: All bets are accepted at c44game's discretion. c44game reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or void settled bets where errors in odds, data feeds, or results are identified. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded will be voided and the stake returned.
• Live Casino: The rules of each live table game are determined by the game provider. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, c44game's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of any hand or spin in progress at the time of disconnection.
• Slots: All slot games use certified random number generators (RNG). The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot represents the theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• E-Sports: E-sports markets are settled based on official tournament results as published by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. In cases of disputed results, c44game will await official confirmation before settling affected markets.
• System Errors: In the event of a software or system error that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or payouts, c44game reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the original stake. c44game is not liable for losses resulting from such errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on c44game. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with c44game in any way not expressly permitted.
• Collusion with other players in any card game, live casino game, or poker variant offered on the platform.
• Match fixing or any conduct that constitutes sports manipulation, insider information exploitation, or corruption of any sporting or e-sports event.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to c44game support immediately. Exploitation of a known bug will result in winnings from that exploit being voided.
• Using c44game for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting, or any other financial crime.
• Creating accounts using stolen, falsified, or third-party identity documents.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward c44game staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of c44game in any way.

c44game is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. If gambling stops being fun and starts causing stress, financial pressure, or conflict in your personal relationships, it is important to take action. c44game provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your c44game account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c44game, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the c44game platform or any service offered thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, c44game expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, network outages, or third-party service interruptions beyond c44game's reasonable control.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal platform use — all gambling carries inherent risk and users accept this risk fully upon registration.
• Any loss, damage, or security breach arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of any third-party data feeds, including live sports scores, match statistics, or e-sports results.
• Any indirect or economic loss arising from changes to bonus terms, game offerings, or payment method availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit c44game's liability for death or personal injury caused by c44game's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

c44game collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering and using c44game, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

c44game implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmission channels. However, no system is completely infallible, and c44game cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

c44game will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required. • Extended periods of account inactivity, as defined in c44game's dormant account policy. Inactive accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 12 months of inactivity.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to c44game's right to withhold funds pending any ongoing investigation.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting c44game support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which c44game is licensed to operate. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
